Thanks for picking us up and dropping us off at the airport so quickly. It made everything so simple AND WE LOVED THE JEEP 4-WHEEL DRIVE WRANGLER!! You rented a 4WD Jeep to us on 04/19/11, it worked out great for us and the charges are exactly as agreed. Here is the text of the formal complaint that I sent to Thrifty just now.
